We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! we were impressed with the value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the great facilities provided. We loved having a full kitchen in our room, which made it convenient for preparing meals. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was a nice touch and added a touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were taken care of. we were very satisfied with our experience at this hotel.

quiet location with parking on-site. the rising tide, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

There was a private kitchen available which suited our needs, and we found a great takeaway spot just 800 ft away.

Shower area,especially shower curtain unclean and smelt so. The toilet smelt of stale urine on arrival..I had to clean myself.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a quiet neighborhood. the value for money was exceptional - the prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the great facilities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I particularly loved the comfy bed with great facilities and a walk-in shower. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and had extensive local knowledge of the area.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was simply perfect.

I thought this was a great motel and excellent location. The motel is very close to the beautiful Mt Maunganui beach (about 1 block back I think). The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi was very useful and convenient, and the proprietors friendly and helpful, and were very accommodating of our visitors.

Very clean rooms, the staff were lovely. Parking right outside the room. 2 min walk to the beach. close to supermarket.

Uncomfortable sofa and the sinks had two faucets, one for hot and another for cold water. Other than that the room was very nice and worth the money.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the local area. The location was fantastic, very close to a lovely beach and everything we needed. The rooms were clean and recently refurbished with comfortable beds, and the outside deck was a real bonus.

The owners were very helpful and lovely. I was there for a business seminar and I was able to get an early check in and they extended their welcome by allowing me to park at their premise for the whole day on the day of my check out. My stay there was enjoyable, warm and spacious. Thank you very much. :-)

The motel suited me as my conference was just around the corner at the Intermediate school. Thanks to the mapping etc I was able to choose appropriately. I took my 30+ daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters for a Mount experience. We checked in and were given maps, directions to food, shopping, walking and swimming places. I liked the no smoking in rooms and the warning of fine otherwise. However ashtray etc was available in appropriate place for smokers. I like no soap however liquid soap available. Tea, coffee etc sufficient. I also left an item at the motel and I recieved an email to give me options about having this returned. Thankyou.
